Bioi'm a woman who thinks a lot and sometimes gets a little confused...this journal helps me regorganize my thoughts - an outlet to regain sanity if it is ever temporarily lost - becuz sometimes it's crazy out there and we all need a little help - whether it's writing you thoughts down, deep-breath meditation, or just believing in GOD!
